And How can I pull a car over?

This isn't really a support request, and it's amazing that the troubleshooter didn't give you that impression.

Also, please do a bit of research before posting, had you checked the stickies in the "LCPDFR > Discussion", you would have seen Breaks post that Ekalb linked to.
