How do you spawn cop cars to block off roads with the lcpdfr mod for gta 4?

Hello, I am wondering how you spawn cars with the lcpdfr mod, I was playing, and trying to call in backup, and I randomly went to a sky view, looking down on. A police car and could move it, but I don't know how I did it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time, have a nice day!

hello. you can press Control B to request a road block. or you can download the vdHPolice Helper mod here which comes with a built in road block also http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/1174-vdh-policehelper/

to call in just normal back up in a chase press left Shift key and B :)
