Huge Light bar on vehicle please help.

Hello, Can someone please help me fix this problem? I have ran into this issue once before on another vehicle and because I did not like it I just deleted it. This one however I love it and wish I could walk away from the vehicle and not see this huge light bar. The problem only happens when I am at a certain distance from the vehicle and does not go away until I walk closer to the vehicle as shown in the pictures attached. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

 

I have ran this on FBI/POLICE/POLICE2 & FEROCI2 as a test, still have the same issues.

    The person that modeled it did not check the L1's on the Light Bar. This is not a game issue, it's a model issue.
