Hi everyone! I have a question about Grand Theft Auto IV!

So I have a low-end PC. And I wanted to know if there is a Graphics Mod for low-end pc's that looks better without lag?

I am going to test iCEnhancer 3.0 and see if it causes lag. If it does I will just use my backup.

If you have any ideas or suggestions on what I can do for it to look better please suggest!

Also I would like good mod suggestions that will help with Police Patrol!
