Now, before you all say I'm racist I'm not trying to be, sorry if anybody gets offended. 

As we know the developers of LCPDFR are from the UK which I never knew. Now we've got plenty of British mods that are great, such as cars, peds, even adverts and street signs. 

Theres Russian and French map mods, is anybody ever considering to make one for England?? London at least? I'd love to be able to do it but I don't even know how to create a mod

    Hmm.. you could try but it would probably take years to make and get textures losses. And you could try editing paths.img to make AI drive on the left, but it is hardcoded into the game :( But great idea!
