possibility of adding dispatcher audio for callouts?

i was wondering if it was possible like lcpd:fr, to make it so that the dispatcher audio basically activates the call and then the rest of the scripting just evolves around that audio?

    Are you talking about possible LSPDFR? SAPDFR? it is possible, but it will take time. 

    Well part of it yes. The other part was maybe through a hook in the script for say SAPDFR it would allow the dispatcher to dispatch calls, making for a more variety of callouts
