Front windshield is blocking lights

So, im working in this unmarked impala, but the lights behind the front windshield isnt working. It works when you remove the windshield, and when its on, yo ucan only see the lightbar itself but not the els extras. As you can see in the pictures below. The heircracy is correct aswell.
