GTA IV (LCPDFR) crash - Log Files error.

Welcome!

I have some sort of troubles that are connected with both GTA IV an LCPDFR. I mean that after clean installation of GTA IV (with the newest update), and with clean LCPDFR installation (with custom Configurator's settings) - my game still crashing while I have turned on LCPDFR. First, game crashed after try to change uniform at PD. Secondly, it was done when I was driving PSTOCKADE near LCPD Headquaters. I don't have any other mods, I was using commandline with memory fixes. I don't have idea, what should I do. After running Diagnostic Tool, it showed me that the problem is located in logs file. I will upload it to my Google Drive, since I can't do this here... Maybe this is reconstructing site problem. Don't mind. So... I would be helpful for any form of help and support.
