Expanding the features of autosave

This isn't really a suggestion, I'm just wondering if it would be possible to add more features to the autosave option, when your game crashes. Right now it only saves your officer model, and location.

 

But it doesn't save your partner, (sometime he spawns next to you when you load in, but he just walks off ) your car, or any "revenue" you made from citations (I like to RP...). And sometimes your player voice won't work, but perhaps that's caused by something else?

 

These would be great features for a later update, although are there coding/modding limitations to this?
