Built this computer for this game only now have problems with game

 

i have the disk version of gta

i finial got it to install to the windows and run, have the client thing and the update,

first problem is the game is super blurry, and only for this game

second i dl lcpdfr and it will not play the mod? i hold alt p nothing happens, how far do i need to progress in the game? (with no other mod)

third i installed police helper, els v8 and a tahoe to use,then this happen... 

 

after i did that i got a error saying "a unexpected inknown software exception (oxoeedfade) occured in the pplication at location 0x75054598"

 

also saying referenced memory coud not be written 

 

and error "expection EFCreatorError in module DSOUND,dll at 00116c5 Cannot create fil "C/Program File (x86) rockstar games/grandtheft auto iv/asilog.txt access denied, i try run as administrator 

 

now after i went back to default setting and just installed lcpdfr the game will start but it wont let me play the mod 

 

willing to try anything now, any ideas? really want to play since i just built the computer for this reason, now im out alot of money and cant even play what i wanted to from the beginning 

or someone walk me through how to do this all thank you!

 

 

LCPDFR is not supported with any third party modification, my guess is that you overwrote essential scripthook files when you installed ELS. Please reinstall LCPDFR with the manual installation, overwrite when prompted to do so.
