I get a CTD and error reporter after I respond to a call. I can load LCPDFR just fine, get everything ready to go, and once I get on scene of the call, I CTD. I have no plugins installed on LCPDFR, but I have a couple of scripts installed:

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong, or if I'm missing something. I honestly believe it's a script that's installed.

Please reinstall LCPDFR 1.1 with the manual installation. Overwrite if prompted to do so. You have most likely overwritten essential LCPDFR files when using other script mods. LCPDFR will not work with an outdated scripthook, which may be included in other script mods. The latest one is included in the 1.1 installation :)
