Need help understand Handling.dat

I'm trying to find a decent vehicle to replace sultanrs and i downloaded 4 different cars all flip some easier than others ? how to fix [ ive heard changing the center of mass ] ? but no sucess with trying that either

Just replace the sultanrs handling line with that of the vehicle your custom ones were originally made to replace.

Ie if you downloaded a ferrari that was made to replace the infernus and you want it as your sultanrs then use it to replace the sultanrs but also use the infernus' handling lines to replace the sultanrs ones.
