always disregard (1.1)

Whenever I respond to a callout in LCPDFR 1., its always disregard,. I know it may be a memory issue but are there ways to help it? I downloaded a low graphics mod and put all the graphics to low or off. Im using large address aware, which allows games to take up more then 2G for processes. Everything goes fine, exept the disregarding. Iv been playing for a week and never answered to another call. In 1.0 sometimes I would be able to, and in 0.95 it always would be able to?

I do not have any mods installed (exept LCPDFR 1.1)

No crashing/ freezing (I can play 20-1hr without it crashing so yea its good I guess)

Oh wait, I do have 1 mod, its callouts+ for 1.1
