I recently bought GTA IV for the sole porpose of laying LCPDFR. I downloaded it without a hitch and it worked perfectly. I downloaded the tow truck script, police helper, and simple native trainer. Then I tried ELS. It works, i even have some vehicle mods for it. Just whenever I start up GTA I get a box stating that "LCPDFR failed to load" and that "I should check the LCPDFR.log". So I did and this is what came up:
