Featured Replies

Hello,

I am very new to this game it is amazing but i see videos of other players with new cars how do you get the cars and how do you put them in the game?

You'd need to mod the cars in the game.

The first and foremost thing is to backup vehicles.img, which is in C:Program FIles (or Program Files (x86))Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages.

Once you have that backed up, Download SparkIV: http://code.google.c.../downloads/list Any version that's recent is fine.

After you've downloaded it, extract everything to one folder and run it.

On the top, click the GTA IV icon and it should load the directory. (If it freezes, give it some time)

Now it should have Grand Theft Auto IV with a on the left panel and a bunch of stuff under it.

Click the + next to PC, then models, then click cdimages.

Double click on vehicles.img.

Now the fun part is finding the car you want, you can find a car you like and download, it normally should have a wtd and a wft file.

While you have vehicles.img open in SparkIV, click Import at the top, and open the two wtd and wft files.

Then click Rebuild, Save, then you should be all set.

Hope this helps :D
