We are having major issues with the Multiplayer! It gets extremely annoying.

 

I open a Free Game on the Intenet, Max Reserved Slots and invite my friend. I wait until he is in the lobby and start the game. It works a few seconds and usually I get the GTA-typical-beep-sound and it fades into a blackscreen, saying 'loading' forever. Nothing happens after minutes until I Alt-F4. This also happens when I 'reloadscripts', making the same sound.

 

We have very good computers, SSD, ports are open, same mods (only LCPDFR, ELS, and 4 simple vehicles, nothing fancy). 

 

I would appreciate some help on how to set up a multiplayer game that lasts a little longer! Some step-by-step tutorial on which are the best settings, what commandline.txt works and in what order to join the lobby and execute commands.

 

 

PS: I get really jealous watching YouTube videos where they patrol together for 30minutes straight with a fully modded game and a whole squad without any issues.

Don't fret: Most videos are edited to make sure no crashes are visible. No one wants to see crashes!
