Annoying Speakers Beeping

Featured Replies

Hello everyone... I have yet another issue with my computer. So, my speakers make two short beeps which are rather annoying. I assumed my motherboard was having some sort of an issue, but I thought that came from the motherboard itself, not my speakers. Similarly, when I use my headset, the beep goes away. I now think it's something with my speakers, but I could be wrong. Please help!

When do you hear these short beeps? Regularly, say, every few seconds or something? Or is this just when you start up your computer?

Some computers (including mine) beep once when the computer is turned on. This comes from the motherboard and signifies that the BIOS has begun running. However, this is from the motherboard, and wouldn't come from the speakers and also wouldn't stop when you had a headset plugged in.
