Help! GTA4 Not Working Properly w/ ELS and Police Cars

My GTA4 will not work properly when I have ELS 8.0 and downloaded Police cars installed, it works fine when I don't install anything.I check the log report but I don't understand what any of the stuff means. What should I do and what info do I need to provide you guys to help me with this before I pull my hair out? The only thing I can think of is not editing the ELS to fit the cars I download, could that be it?

Wasn't the issue, I checked the log and this is what I get.

It did but now I get another error, it's the "Invalid Resource Detected - Re-Install game" I've done it twice, and I've tried every other method I've found on the internet ):
