Hi

 

I've tried looking before starting this page for help. I've installed 2011_lcpd_crown victoria by bxbugs123 which is a great model I used a NYPD skin for it. When in game the Light Bar is missing on some and not on others. I've used trainer to allow multiple liveries, i've gone into the vehicles folder and added +etc_taxi as I read on a forum that, that might solve the problem. I've used the folder supplied by Bxbugs to replace the vehicles that came in the download folder but it didn't solve it. I'm running out of ideas so I was wondering if anyone had any lol.

 

Second problem is with the 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan by Ironic-rainbow that i downloaded from Gta Mod Centre, again i used NYPD skin to replace the LCPD skin fron Ironicrainbow. The problem Is when I'm in game I've noticed that when I go to pick my car from the station the texture looks grey so i switch back and forth until I get it looking like it should. Also the AI's have the same problem sometimes they will be normal and others times the colour had dulled to a greyish colour. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Just in case you need to know I'm running a legit disk copy of gta iv with all latest updates and patches to run lcpdfr. I have ELS V8 working no problems. I'm using Cryenb V3.

Your first problem isn't actually a problem. The lightbar is meant to spawn randomly on the car, you have no control over this.

 

As for your second problem, I'm not entirely sure, it could be the dirt mapping. If so, just delete the dirt texture from the texture directory or replace it with a transparent texture. 

Thanks I'm glad to know it's meant to happen. I'll see what happens when I remove it and report back.

Sorry it took me ages to get back. I tried deleting the dirt mapping but I could not locate it, unless it comes under a different name?
