I've been playing happily with the lcpdfr mod for days, but now suddenly my game crashes I start gta again but it crashes right before the 2 rockstar logos appear, I uninstalled the mod and it works fine, I installed it again it crashes before the 2 rockstar logos, I have no idea what the cause of this is and it's very random, the mod was working perfectly. :verymad:

did you save while on duty?

Nope, cant remember saving while on duty, the thing that first crashed it was Alt+U while off duty, I did it b4 and it changed Niko's hats from the clothes store but then later I tried it but the game crashed. Since that game only works without the mod.

I had the same problem a couple of months ago. The only solution was to reinstall the game anything else didn't work. After reinstalling and updating (both, graphic drivers and game) it just worked for me as expected. Dunno what is causing such problems because LCPDFR isn't the only mod where I had this problems.

Anyway... you can try to redownload all your mods (like scripthook etc.) and replace them. Don't forget to clean some temporary folders of GTA IV but don't ask me where they are if there are any :D Then update drivers and try again.

I reinstalled, it's clean now I installed the mod and then the hotfix but now when I try to run the game it gives me this gay xlive.dll error:

The ordinal 5367 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll

google xliveless and download the rar, extract the xlive.dll file and place it in your gta folder.
