So My cousin build his new pc last week it's a budget build, you know if budget build you will get a Low End PC, so he buy a GTA IV in steam,and it's works great and were gonna put some mod's like LCPDFR 1.0D and ELS V8 And car's and enb and others. And he thinks that putting a enb make els looks good and make the game graphics look great but he said the problem is my PC it's low end.

Memory RAM : Corsair 4GB DDR3 1333MHz

HDD : WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM

It's not that low-end, there are a lot worse computers out there.

 

Did you check Youtube and Google? You can find a lot of ENBs there.
