need help regarding ELS 8

so i have ELS 8 installed with LCPDFR on EFLC but all the LED light bars flash white and not their proper colors how do i fix that?

not to mention i just checked and my fire truck still has its red lights so its just all my police vehicles and ambulances that have white LED's
