Could someone change this too all blue for me? its the 2015 Tahoe . I tried my self using gimp but i just screwed it all up even with the walk though lol

Do i need to edit that other emerglights file? or just the one. i saved that file and its still red/blue

You need to edit the file which was originally the emerlights file - the first one you linked.

The other lights have clear lenses, so there's not much need to edit them.

And for the record: It's extremely rude to move a support discussion from public channels to private messaging.
