GTA IV won't start after the SC login

I posted a few weeks ago that I was having problems getting GTA IV to start, here's the original post:

I know this is a common problem, but believe me, you're probably gonna need a complex solution. 

I bought GTA IV off steam so its legal. A little over a month ago I started to have problems playing GTA, it would crash after loading, I did the usual clear the invalid saved games, deleted the settings file, and even re installed the game. Now, after I've put everything back into the game I have a new problem with the game crashing after the loading. There are times where the game loads fine and works but about 95% of the time it crashes. LCPDFR 1.0d's new crash analyzer thing says there is a valid save game found (I beg to differ) and it isn't an LCPDFR crash. When the game is loading the loading screen says starting new game.

Any ideas?

Since then it worked out really well, then the other day it just stopped working. I did do a little more modding and it just stopped working. To fix the problem last time I followed someones advice and did this:

I had the same problem, I uninstall lcpdfr, started the game,saved the game and insalled lcpdfr. After this the problem was solved.

try it, maybe it will work.

It is also common for ELS to crash, with the same behavior shown in your Advancedhook.log.  Try doing what this page says: https://www.lcpdfr.c...80-crashes-r112

I really haven't changed much just a few addons for LCPDFR and some vehicle mods. Since then I have done the same things that fixed it last time with no luck. Any ideas on things I could try this time? The game starts up, Social Club log in pops up, I do what I always do and it crashes. I validated game files in Steam, which hasn't solved the problem. The SC log in just disappears after i sign in. Also, I currently do not have LCPDFR installed in an attempt to fix the game. Here are all my .log files. The LCPDFR.log file is still in my main game folder even though it isnt currently installed. Also, I have tried to delete the SETTINGS file with no luck, and I cannot delete my save game file because it isnt in the file. I had this problem before, the saved games aren't saving where they normally do even though there are saved games, so that may help fix the problem if I only knew where the games were being saved.
