For some reason in my LCPDFR.log it says this:

I think your missing the appropriate advancedhook. Was the install a clean install? Was it installed over a former install? If any of the other mods installed have the advancedhook included with them, you need to use the one included with lcpdfr. It will be the most recent version of advancedhook.
