Hey guys, I dont know where to go and type about this issue but I got a problem with the new ELS v8 on LCPDFR. I downloaded it and when I go into the folder INSTALLATION and drag the files to my GTA IV files and then when I start the game the lightning bar or whatever you can call it on the cop car has dissapeared, I figured out and found out it was the ''default.config.ini'' on the folder INSTALLATION -> ELS then ''default.config.ini''. So everytime I drag that file into my GTA IV files the lightningbar dissapear, I dont know if you have to change something in the ini or its a bug. Would love to get a respond and help please!
