LCPDFR original callouts crash the game

It's weird that I don't have any problem with API addon callouts (like wasteland) but LCPDFR original callouts

It crashes only when I respond to the LCPDFR original callouts! (armed robbery,shot fried etc)

Every single time when I arrive at the crime scene (when im in the yellow circle) the game crashes.

 

 

I have all my dot net framework 4.5 and visual studio installed.
