Els will not download when I go to download I get no file folder where all responsible as I've seen in a video but I get a rar file does anyone know what I need to do now

    Yes, you need to download a program that supports that file type. A simple search on google would have yielded a few results. I recommend you to use http://www.7-zip.org/download.html. After it is installed, right click the file and unpack its contents.

    Your title is a bit misleading: ELS does download.
