GTA SA Wheels to GTA IV (Conversion Tutorial?)

So I am trying to convert the GTA V Kalahari and when I import it into Zmodeler, the wheels are gone (no way to fix it). So I figured I can take the GTA SA Kalahari and rip the wheels from it and move it to my project.

 

When I rotate the wheels in Zmodeler and place them in place, the wheels are upside down in game.

 

Does anyone know how to properly convert wheels to IV?
