Is this a good build?

What is your budget? That build is ok, but I'm afraid it won't run GTA V too well.

Like a little over 500.

Im fine if the settings not being maxed out

I suggest you go for a 750 Ti 2GB or 270X instead. The 750 Ti is capable of 30-40 fps on medium/high settings at 1080p with mods and an ENB so its not bad for the budget.

Feel free to PM me for help! Also please hit the like button if anything I said helped or made ya laugh. Specialty is computer hardware and assembling so feel free to ask anything if you need help :)

Spend $60 more and get yourself an R9 280x or 280. You could get the GTX 960 but the two AMD cards I just listed outperform it for the same price.

Also, what resolution will you be playing at?

New parts list.

EDIT: are EVGA PSU's good? Its the same price as the corsair but more wattage. And its 80+ bronze

Also I have to check the resolution on my monitor later.

Thanks!

Build looks good. And yes, EVGA PSUs are great. The G2 series have 10 year warranties, and the G1s have 5 year. You probably won't need it though b/c EVGA PSUs are very reliable
