Just wondering If anyone knows How I can get or make a Commandline that Suits my Laptop

 

Laptop Specs are as follows

 

 

- Intel® 2.40GHz

- 64bit operating system

- 8GB Ram

-Windows 8

-

I'm not good in it but i think make a .txt file and name it Commandline and copy your laptop spec in the commandline.txt (maybe)
