Error when loading into GTA IV

Hi guys,

I scanned through the pinned topics and didn't find anything that worked for me, so I came here.

I'll start with outlining the problem, from what I see, there isn't much I can say. The game loads up flawlessly, I load in as Niko in his home and then it says something along the lines of "Callouts+ plugin has stopped working, please check log blah blah" and then immediately after, I get a notification on my screen saying LCPDFR has stopped working and to report/check logs.

What this means is I can play GTA fine and as standard but I cant play the mod. I can also still make use of all the vehicles and ELS controls, so I don't think there is any obvious issue with those.

I have tried all of the following with the following results:

  • Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks
  • Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
  • Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  • Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  • Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  • Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  • Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  • Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  • Install these: .Net Framework 4.5Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

1, My game is from steam and not cracked

2, My game is on the latest version (I think so anyway, my steam should automatically update games)

3, Came up with the same problems

4, No effects

5, They're all there (Using Xlive.dll)

6, It's not in my "D:SteamLibrarysteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IV" Directory, but is in my "D:SteamLibrarysteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIV" Directory. Not sure if this is an issue, I used the auto installer.

7, Like I said, I'm not sure if its supposed to be in the D:SteamLibrarysteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IV directory or the /GTAIV one. I didnt quite understand how root I need to go :P

8, Everything I downloaded was from this past week, everything I'm using are currently fairly popular mods.

9, Microsoft services are up to date.

-Mods I'm using are:

1, DD's British Police Pack (>This one) (I am only using the officer models, hats and female voices included in this mod pack)

2, DD's Met police car Pack (>This one) (Using everything from this one)

3, Icenhancer

4, ELS V8

5, Police helper and also the same author's Tow truck script

6, Trainer

7, Callouts Plus

Additional Info, My GTA IV Folder: '>

I dont play multiplayer, I also start up with the option "Play (Offline)" when prompted by Social Club. By using the trainer all the vehicles are there, sounds are correct, officer models are all fine. It seems to literally just be the LCPDFR having an issue which is a shame.

Here are the logs, sorry for all the text in this post, just wanted to put enough detail to get this sorted. thanks for taking the time to read. :)
