Hi! that's my idea we can pull over a car without we need to get in our cop car and stop in the middle of the road

 

it looks like you stand front of the vehicle like 50 meters, (idk how long is it in GTA IV situation) aim on that car what you want pull over and your character do that anim when you want to give a fine for someone if you press example P, the driver do that "anim" when you want to pull over him with a car, and the continuation is when do the idenity check with a car

your english is just fine. glad you are on the forum and participating. i do like that idea. there have been many times i've seen a crazy car drive by and i'm walking and wish i had my cruiser. however, if a car is driving by you can aim on the driver and he will stop and get out. then you can do the normal checks and issue a citation, etc. but a more defined way would definitely help :D

yeah that was my problem too when i aim at the target to he's get out and run away, the car is still there and this make a traffic jam so you can't move anywhere without trash your car except you spawn an another one but thank you so much

I think there's an animation in the game that looks like a cop directing traffic, so that could be used.

 

Would be great if you decided to do something like a DUI checkpoint (but people hate waiting in Liberty City, so that would cause a pileup unless you had LessOvertaking installed). Otherwise better than aiming your gun at them to make them stop and get out if you just want to check their ID.
