Did you put the, "extras.ivaud" in?

 

i used the archiver Open IV to put it in the correct place the .net.dll is in scripts and the .ini is the main folder where all my .ini 's are

i moved the ini into scripts and instead of a chime the audio is more of a buzz

 


and spark IV wont let me place the extras.ivaud in to the resident.rpf or w/e

 


Spark IV keeps teeling me i cant add new files only replace exsisting ones

well thats it i hit the import button and thats what spark IV tells me

 


could i make a blank file named EXTRAS.ivaud stick in there twith open Iv then import the reall oneon top of it so sparkIV will let me add it?

i can put in with Open IV but it makes a buzzing noise instead of teh chime

 


Ok i figured it out you have to follow this path GTA IV / pc / audio / Sfx / resident.rpf / RESIDENT /    <-- the EXTRAS.ivaud is in that just import save rebuiild w/e and then it works
