HK USP 45 Won't show in-game.

As the title says it why when I install the weapon mod perfectly i won't show when I'm in-game?

This is how I installed it:

1) Launch OpenIV

2) locate the weapon.img file.

3) Click on "Edit"

3) Click replace

4) Locate the w_eagle.wdr

5) Replace both wdr/wtd

6) Rebuild

Am I missing something? I searched for the gun while going into a gun shop or using a cheat for different weapons. 

Or is this mod not compatible for EFLC?
