January 18, 201511 yr Hello everyone. When I start up GTA IV, and load into the game. It says LCPDFR has encountered an error in the top left corner and I can't start the mod, this happened after I installed ELS. EDIT: I just fixed it, I remembered that I had copy & replaced the original hooks and dsound from LCPDFR with the ones from ELS. Have had this problem before aswell, stupid of me.
