I'm trying to get my ELS rotating lights on my NYPD cars to look like they do in this video. I've tried to contact the maker of this video about how he did it, but I haven't gotten a reply, so I'm hoping someone here can help me. I've already tried setting the lights to ROTA and DROT, but the lights are still flashing instead of spinning. Thanks!
