I can't get my LCPDFR 1.0d to boot by using ALT+P, I reinstalled it by uninstalling and reinstalling and it's still complaining that it's "corrupted". I used admin privileges. 

 

Is the installer just broken?

You should probably not make the installer create the "LCPD First Response" folder, that was my problem. Leaving this for others.
