    At the moment, you can use the Rage Console (F4 by default) to repair your vehicle. The command is simply 'Repair' whilst in a car.

    And the command to spawn a vehicle is spawn and then the vehicle name (like sheriff for the sheriff sedan), such as spawn sheriff.
