after the person is pulled over and is handled by the police it isnt terminated anyone else having this issue this is not a support request just a statement

They have to be placed in the rear seat of an AI car for the mission to terminate. 

 

If you interact at all, such as ask the suspect to stop, you need to arrest them. 

 

If the game glitches out, just shoot the suspect so the game won't crash.
