Yes I know how the fix for infinite loading screen works but it won't work for me. I had a command line but that's not working anymore and now I get low FPS. AIN'T THIS FONT FANCY?

 

I tried adding the command lines in the steam properties but that don't work either. 

 

So here's my problem, I was told to launch gta by LaunchEFLC.exe. I did that but I get that annoying infinite loading screen and I cannot test out my command line because of that. 

 

I don't want to launch by steam because I really want the command line to work.

 

Any ideas? I tried all day...
