I am currently trying to make a new Noose Truck, my problem is I don't want to use a spot like Police

Example: Police.wtf or Police2.wtf, I'm trying to find the original noose spot in spark iv. If someone could please tell me the name it would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I know some of you may be thinking this is a dumb question, well it may be, but I figured this may be a bit easier than for the next day or two looking.
