Need help. The problem with the version of GTA4

So I tried different versions of the game, and none of them did not work correctly. Very often, the game crashes, freezes, in general, did not give the okay to enjoy the game. But without mods game works fine.

Can you tell which version of the game is best compatible with LCPDFR and ELS? GTA 4 or EFLC? 1070 or 1120? I hope you can help me. Thanks

LCPDFR 1.0 is only supported on the latest version of the game and will not work on any other version. This is true with most up to date mods.

I'd say any version would work just as fine, altough some have experienced that EFLC is better.
