Looking for Sheriffs Logo for a Texture

Hey guys,

 

I have recently begun making a new Liberty County Sheriff texture, but am struggling to locate an already existing Liberty City Sheriffs Logo/Star (Like this one: ' alt='' class='ipsImage' >)'>' alt='' class='ipsImage' >)without having to edit anything. Sorry if that sounds like I'm just being lazy. I've looked using quite a few search terms but have found nothing similar to what I seek.

 

I don't mind having to make a custom logo but it's simply for convenience. If I do decide to make a custom logo (which I'll probably end up doing), I'd probably have to use an already existing one belonging to a real-life Sheriffs Department. Is there anything I should know before doing that as far as legalities are concerned?

 

If I posted this in the wrong section or if I'm being an idiot right now please tell me!
