I just recently installed GTA IV with LCPDFR, ELS 8, a few police car mods, and a snow mod into my game. Whenever I start or join a multiplayer game at random points my computer will suddenly drop down to a very low FPS rate. It only happens in multiplayer and has never happened in singleplayer. Here is a list of my PC specs:

AMD FX-8320

8GBS RAM 1600

Asus R7 260X OCII

1TB 5400 HDD

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P motherboard
