Hey guys

whenever i import a custom cruiser (like the southland one) the siren lights never flash ;( , anyone know why? i import the cars with SparkIV

    Do you have ELS yet? ELS enable the lights to flash with ELS Enabled cars. Do you have ELS? ELS= Emergency Lighting System

    if u download els enabled cars u gotta download els or they wont flash if u get non else cars whn u press g ull get the default looking lights

    Basically, ELS just enables the light of the car. The light of ELS Vehicles. If you use a default police car or a non-ELS vehicle, then that is a non-els car. If you use ELS-Enabled cars, then ELS you will need to download.
