You can only UV Paint lightsemissives, Mitchell.

that still looks awesome even if it is a mistake the best things are mistakes 

Oh god, I thought this was about some other "part" :D

 

Never had this issue before, ZMod tends to f*ck up textures every now and then, try re-installing the console.
