My GTAIV won't work

I know my problem isn't related to LCPDFR in anyway.

But it is more of my Computer problem, and I hope you guys can help me out with it. I use GTAIV on a disc, and I insert it onto my computer, it doesn't load. So I tried to test it out, and I put another disc in, and see if that one would load, and it did, it loaded right away, but for my GTAIV disc, it wouldn't load and it doesn't show up on my Computer Devices DVD RW E: Drive. Also, when I try to launch GTAIV, it says "No disc insert" which the disc is inserted but my PC wouldn't run it? I don't understand.

Any suggestions? It'd be a great help!

That's weird. When you look at the disc is it scratched at all? Have you tried to reinstall the game?

No scratches that I know of, I can hear the sound of it when it runs, but it just stops later on after that. I reinstalled it, reformat my PC, same thing happens. For all I know, its my stupid computer. HP Touchsmart can't run *****. --

Do you hear your DVD Drive spinning? If not, Your Drive could be fried.
