I am unable to play because of how much lag I have. All I have installed is LCPDFR and some car skins. It is like this without anything added too. I don't know if it is my computer or what?  I don't know if these are the right PC specs but this is all I can find.

Judging by your RAM, it's your computer.. GTA 4 requires atleast 4gb of RAM although you should allow 8gb of RAM so you can run with mods. If it's a laptop then there isn't much you can do, you could try running a commandline however i doubt that'll do anything. if it's a desktop then i suggest upgrading your RAM.

 

Also normally from what i see the "Aspire" brand are laptops, so your graphics card wouldn't have been made for gaming, Laptops themselves were never designed for gaming purposes, 99% of laptops are for office work/school work and not for high tech stuff like gaming, video editing etc.

I play with 2 gb of ram and I don't have any lagg :/

Ok, it is a desktop. I will try upgrading my ram. Can someone recommend a good and affordable graphics card that would work good?

I am guessing that my graphics card isn't doing good.

What's your current Graphics card? And what would your budget be if you're buying a new one.

 

Honestly, i'd hold off on buying a graphics card for now, it might just be your RAM that is causing the lag, once you have 4GB or more of RAM it might run fine. Your graphics card might be suitable for GTA.
