gta loads and starts fine, i start in your apartment.(top left of screen ("Error Script LCPDFR Loader.Loader")  Alt+P nothing happens

1.i tried to Re-install LCPDFR 3 times
 
2. tried manually install 3 times     (How to manually install LCPDFR )
 
3 uninstall gta IV / reinstall GTA IV
 
4.tried to Re-install LCPDFR
 
5. post here for help.i dont know how to get a log of game details (kinda a noob)
